For the first time, the list includes a mix of both TV and Feature Film scripts. Out of 246 script titles put forward, 14 received the minimum number of votes to make it on the list.

Over 130 companies from across the UK television industry were invited to participate. Out of 232 script titles put forward, 24 received the minimum number of votes to make it on the list.

This year over 90 companies from across the UK film industry were invited to participate. Out of 134 script titles put forward, 18 received the minimum number of votes to make it on the list.

In this inaugural year for the Brit List: TV over 70 companies across the British TV industry were invited to put forward the names of the unproduced drama scripts they most liked and recommended. In all 20 scripts received the two or more nominations needed to make the list of over 100 titles submitted.

This year over 80 companies made up of a balanced mix of producers, agents, distributors and sales agents from the UK film community were invited to put forward the titles of the unproduced screenplays they most liked and recommended.

The nominations for most liked and recommended unproduced scripts from the UK film community have been compiled, creating the Brit List 2014. Over 140 scripts were nominated this year, with 34 scripts making the grade.

As in previous years, a balanced mix of representatives for the UK film community were invited to submit nominations of their most liked and recommended unproduced screenplays of 2013. Interestingly, this year there was a wider spread of scripts nominated, with fewer achieving the 3 votes or more needed in order to appear on the list.

The UK and Irish film community have compiled a list of their most liked and recommended unproduced screenplays of 2011. This year over 160 screenplays were nominated, with 26 scripts getting the three or more votes needed in order to be featured on The Brit List 2011.

Due to an increase in the number of people taking part this year, a script had to receive three votes or more in order to appear on the list. Below are the 35 scripts, out of over 170 screenplays nominated, that achieved this and form the Brit List 2010.

Over 40 film industry people across all levels of seniority and sectors have taken part in voting for this year’s best British unproduced scripts. Over 150 different screenplays received nominations, of which 34 listed below received two or more votes.

This is a list of the most liked and recommended unproduced screenplays of 20118, compiled by over 40 film industry people across all levels of senoritiy and sectors. The Brit List 2008 consists of 46 scripts.

Inspired by our peers in the US and the wonderful Blacklist, the UK and Irish film community have taken it upon themselves to compile their own list. This is The Brit List 2007, the first list of the most liked and recommended unproduced screenplays in the UK, compiled by the film industry.
